Eine wirksame, ergänzende Dehnungstechnik zur Linderung der Verhärtungen des Trapezmuskels

Aufgrund der Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre stelle ich bei vielen Patienten fest, dass ihre Nacken- und Schulterschmerzen nicht durch den Trapezmuskel oder der darunter liegenden Rautenmuskeln verursacht werden, sondern dass in vielen Fällen durch die Verspannung der Schulterhebers (m.levator scapulae) alles zu einer „Masse“ wird und  schmerzt.

Was kann man tun?

Das kann man einfach in drei Schritten beseitigen:

  1. Die Finger der Hand der schmerzhaften Seite auf die gegenseitige Schulter, an den Rand des Schulterblattes legen, und die Trapezmuskel leicht andrücken. (Geht das nicht, so reicht es, die Finger an die Schulter zu legen.)
  2. Die andere Hand auf den Kopf, in der Höhe über den Ohren legen.
  3. Dann mit der Hand den Kopf in cca. 45 Grad, leicht nach vorne ziehen, und am Endpunkt 15-30 Sekunden lang festhalten.

Das wird ein völlig anderes Gefühl sein, als wenn man den Trapezmuskel dehnt, machen Sie eine Probe!
