Ist der entzündete Bereich etwas beruhigt, empfehle ich für das Lösen der Schmerzen unter dem Schulterblatt:Tägliches Dehnen – mindestens 3*15-30 Sekunden (siehe Bild).
- Selbstkorrektur-Übungen – die verspannten Muskelbereiche mit einem Tennisball, oder auch einfach bei derTürzarge „durchmassieren”.
- An der schmerzhaften Stelle mindestens 20 Sekunden lang einen Druckgriff anwenden.
- Ist die Entzündung bestimmt abgeklungen, kann ein warmes Bad, Sauna auch die Muskulatur unterm Schulterblatt lockern.
- Neben erhöhter Flüssigkeitszufuhr (bis zu 4-5 Liter täglich), Kalzium, Magnesium, Kalium, B-Vitamine einnehmen.Eventuell kann auch eine Johanniskraut-Lavendel Teemischung guttun. In Einzelfällen, auf ärztliche Verordnungmuskelrelaxante Mittel, z. B. Mydeton (Tolperizon).
Sollten sich die Schmerzen in 4-5 Tagen nicht lindern (man kann eventuell ein Kribbeln spüren), kann es sich lohnen, einen Fachmann aufzusuchen, der in so einem Fall, nach Zustandserhebung, mit gezielter Behandlung (entsprechende Auflockerung und Dehnung der Schultermuskeln, dem Ablauf der Muskeln gemäß – angefangen mit den Muskelwurzeln), mit der Korrektur der Gelenke– und Weichteilblöcke, mit Nervenreiztherapie der Reflexwege, mit Niedrigfrequenz-Reizstrom und mit speziellen Muskelrelaxant- Trägersubstanzen) und mit Ratschlägen behilflich sein kann, die Alltage ohne Schmerzen und Verspannungen zu bewältigen.
